Installation is
rather easy if you follow these simple instructions.
We require you to read, at minimum, the
installation directions in this document.
It
is assumed that you have a working knowledge of ACT! 6.0.
MJB Software does not support ACT! software and any and
all references made as to working with ACT! is offered as
a convenience for our customers. If you are having
problems using ACT!, please consult the ACT! 6.0
knowledge-base.
The most common
mistake made by the user is not reading the installation
instructions completely.
Please make sure you print out this User’s Guide
and read it before Requesting Technical Support.
NOTE
ON TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We should have a
manual to explain all the functions BrokersACT adds and
uses to ACT!6.0 by Year's end. All registered users
will be notified when it is published.
Please consult the
user guide before contacting MJB Software for basic
installation problems. So far, all problems have
been addressed in the BAReadme.txt file as well as the
email you would have /will receive when you purchase the
AddOn.

hand, you encounter a situation that is not addressed in
the manual, please feel free to contact the tech support
team AFTER you
have registered your product.

ON REGISTRATION:
WE
WILL NOT ANSWER ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS FROM USERS WHO
HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE PRODUCT!
You must register your product before requesting
technical support.
It is suggested
that you register your product during the installation
phase just in case you do run into problems during
installation.
Additionally,
Users must use the Technical Support link provided to
Registered Users in order to have their questions
answered. Only
registered users will be provided the Tech Support link.
If necessary, and
at our discretion, we will call the user if we cannot
resolve the situation via email.
